OFT (Off-Season Football
Monday - Thursday 6 - 7 pm. January - June (5th - 8th)
Winter sessions will focus on introductory to weight lifting, proper and safe lifting technique, developing upper and lower body strength, increase core power, while incorporating speed lifts and
improve movement through strength. Coach Hayes will identify advanced athletes and adjust workouts according to capability.
$5/session or $45/ 10 session punch card
All sessions are at the CHS East Campus weight room
~ Spring sessions will continue work on strength development, while adding speed, explosion, lateral/linear movement and change of direction drills.
Defensive Academy will focus on position specific skills and drills.
