If you question is not answered here, please contact Ari Stute at clackamasyouthfootball@gmail.com

Can we get a refund?

  • A full refund is available if the request is made prior to August 4th, 2023.  All gear must be handed in prior to receiving a full refund.
  • Refunds requested August 4 - September 8th will be refunded 50%.  All gear must be handed in prior to receiving a partial refund.
  • No refunds will be given after September 8th.

Can we get equipment early?

Only if you are attending a camp that is not affiliated with Clackamas Youth Football, that requires full equipment, and you have completed registration for Clackamas Youth Football.

If you are not going to be here when equipment is handed out, make arrangements to have someone pick equipment up for you (easier if kids are similar in size, or if you remember what they wore last year). There will be make-up, exhange days for those that missed the first hand-out, or need to exchange sizes.

How are teams decided?

Players are evaluated by both the Youth and High School Coaches at the Mandatory Player Camp. Each player is given a skill number by each coach. At the end of camp, all coaches for each grade level get together to average out their skill scores. Teams are then built using the skill numbers, with the objective being each team having an equal number of players with each skill number.

We cannot accomodate parent requests for players to be on certain teams. It is against the rules, and with 300 players, not possible. We will, however, make every effot to place siblings on same team, as long as the team has room for their skill numbers.

Who are the Referees?

Each club is responsible for providing referees for their home games. Officials receive a minimum of 16 hours of training and must pass a test before officiating their first game. At Clackamas, many of our officials are Clackamas High School Players, so go easy on them! See the Officials Page for more information.
