Tackle Registration

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION

Before you proceed with registration, please make sure you are aware of the following:

1.  Your child must attend the following schools to register with Clackamas Youth Football:

        -  Mt. Scott Elementary School
        -  Oregon Trail Elementary School
        -  Spring Mountain Elementary School
        -  Sunnyside Elementary School
        -  Rock Creek Middle School

2.  Transfer/Waiver Requests - If your child does not attend one of the schools listed above, you will need to complete a Transfer/Waiver Request Form.  If your child attends private school, charter school or is home schooled, your home address must be within the Clackamas High School boundaries.  If you are unsure which high school you fall under, you can check here:  https://drcmetro.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=03d824658d8548b6a8a7163cb98138b8

If your local youth tackle football program is not a part of TVYFL, you do NOT need to complete a transfer waiver request.  You may proceed with registration as outlined below.

Please note that just because you submit a transfer/waiver request form, that does not mean it will be approved.  Final approval is given by TVYFL, not Clackamas Youth Football.  Please do not register your child until you have been sent an approval decision by TVYFL.

3.  You will be required to upload a current document proving your player's current school attending.  This can be in the form of a current screenshot of Parent Vue, which shows proof of school and enrollment, a current report card or any other documents that can prove in-district enrollment.

4.  You will be required to provide proof of a current sports physical provided on the current OSAA Medical Certification form, signed by a physician, AFTER November 30, 2022.  If you turned one in last year, you will need to provide a copy of that certification, as we do not keep them on file.  Please do NOT email these in or upload these during the registration process, as they will not be accepted.  They are due on the first day of 10-hour training camp, which is August 5th, and needs to be physically handed in at check-in or your player will not be allowed on the field.  Please note, this will be the only form accepted for physicals.  No exceptions. This form can be found at the bottom of this page.

5.  Multiplayer Discounts - Discounts will automatically be added to your cart at checkout.  No code is needed.  Discounts are as follows:

    - Two Tackle Registrations:  $100 off
    - One Tackle, One Flag Registration:  50% off Flag Registration
    - If you are registering more than two players, please send us an email requesting an individual code.
